DeweyFairchild.com is designed so visitors can submit a short problem description without creating an account. The form asks only for an optional first name or nickname, a problem category, a short description, and a severity choice.

Please do not submit last names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, school names, passwords, medical information, or other private identifying information.

Case submissions are stored for moderation and possible editorial response. They are not automatically published. If a submission is ever selected for public use, identifying details should be removed or generalized first.

The site may use Cloudflare security and anti-bot services to protect the submission form.
